There are times when your bodies can burn the energy provided by the food you consume and times, in which you can store this energy. Understanding the rhythm is vital.

Carbohydrates play a very important role in your nutrition. But if they have a high GI (Glycemic Index), they can make you fat. the lower the GI of a particular carbohydrate, the less insulin you need to absorb the blood sugar produced. Controlling the insulin level is the key to successful weight loss.

STEP 4 - A balanced diet!

A well balanced diet gives you energy and vitality. This step is full of recipes and menus for you to cook and enjoy. We want you to learn about food, to enjoy eating, to cultivate the ceremony of cooking. “Eating with enjoyment and culture will keep you thin.” Food should be a pleasure and not a burden.

STEP 5 - The water of life!

Water is the most important liquid on this planet; it is also vital and necessary for our health. You must give it the place of importance it deserves and drink a lot of sugar free fluids. You also need a lot of energy to utilise and dispel it from your body. You can live for weeks without food, but without water you would die in three days. Sometimes you eat because your are thirsty and not hungry, your body has forgotten the necessity of this godly fluid.

STEP 6 - Make the most of the day!

Sometimes the chores of your daily routine can be monotonous and boring. We have identified boredom and the lack of purpose, as one of the main reasons why people overeat.
